Your First Visit
Your first visit is a free consultation, and it is built to answer one question: what does this smile actually need, and what would it take to get there? You will meet Dr. Gamblin, not a treatment coordinator reading from a script. He examines your teeth and bite, we take a 3D digital scan instead of putty impressions, and he walks you through what he sees on screen so you can look at it with him. From there you get options, a realistic timeline, and an exact fee, along with what your insurance is likely to cover and what the monthly payment would look like at 10% down. Plan on about an hour. Bring your insurance card, a photo ID, and any records or x-rays from a previous orthodontist if you are transferring in. If the patient is a minor, a parent or guardian needs to be there to review the plan and sign. If treatment is the right call and you are ready, we can start that same day. If it is not the right time, we will tell you that honestly and set a check-back instead of selling you something you do not need. Either way, you leave knowing exactly where you stand and what the next step is.

Financial Info
We keep the money conversation simple and we have it up front, at your free consult, before treatment starts. You get the exact fee for your case, the monthly payment, and what your insurance is expected to cover, all in writing. Here is how it works:
- In-network: We are an in-network Medicaid provider at our Hazlehurst office.
- Out-of-network: We are out of network with all other dental plans, and we file claims on your behalf so your out-of-network orthodontic benefit still gets applied.
- Forms of payment: Cash and credit.
- In-house financing: 10% down, and the balance paid interest free on a plan we set with you.
There is no outside lender and no interest. Bring your insurance card to your consult and our team will check your benefits while you are in the office. If your plan changes mid-treatment, tell us and we will refile.
